Top Notch Classes believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has established a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

Refunds or replacements can be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the course delivered is unsatisfactory.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified the problem. Please report such issues within 30 days of receiving the products.

If you believe the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, notify our customer service within 30 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will investigate and make an appropriate decision.

If Top Notch Classes approves any refunds, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer’s account.
